This expanded map includes all relevant papers from the retrieved Scite search set after deduplication and removal of generic wound-healing chapters, non-specific noise, and duplicate repository/preprint records.
Screened search universe: 157 raw Scite records were examined across carbon-dot/wound, carbon-dot/hydrogel/wound, bioactive-glass/wound, silica-nanoparticle/wound, and carbon-dot–silica/biomedical searches. The previous 27-card version was a curated teaching subset; this version keeps the filters, adds keyword search, and expands to 107 included records. A dash in a Scite tally means the retrieved Scite record did not expose that tally; it is not a zero.
This map is intentionally inclusive, but “all” means all relevant records retrieved and screened from the search strategy above, not a claim that every possible paper in every database has been captured. The paper universe grows quickly after 2024, and some newest records have Scite metadata without exposed Smart Citation tallies.
Each DOI link goes to the DOI resolver. Each PubMed link is a title/DOI search so students can quickly check whether the article is indexed in PubMed; many chemistry/materials papers are not PubMed-indexed even when highly relevant.
